Billstash is a software service that helps you download and organize PDF attachments from your Gmail inbox. The Service requires read-only access to your Gmail account to function.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Have a valid Google account
• Grant read-only access to your Gmail account
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

4. Subscription and Payment

Billstash offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable fees for your chosen plan
• Provide valid payment information
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Billstash and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your PDF attachments remain your property.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Billstash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
